Frances was Elected to the Town Council in May, 2019.

Retired GP living in Dorchester since 2012. Organiser of Poundbury Litter Pickers and member of Transition Town Dorchester and Dorset Climate Action Network. Member of Dorchester Transport Action group aiming to reduce car dependency in Dorchester and improve active transport, including public transport. A trustee of Dorset CPRE (Campaign for the Protection of Rural England) and a trustee of Opus Anglicanum - a renowned performance group. Keen musician and supporter of Dorchester Arts.
