Staff Handbook 2025
The Town Council's Staff Handbook was agreed by Full Council in 2025 and contains all the policies and procedures relating to the employment of staff and their relationship with councillors and the public. The Handbook will be reviewed in due course to take account of the Employment Rights Act.

Update of Staff Handbook April 2026
The Council's Staff Handbook has been updated to take account of the new provisions in the Employment Rights Act 2025. The amendments and additions to the Handbook are in red text. This draft update of the Staff Handbook will be presented to the Council's Policy Committee on 20th July 2026 for adoption.
