David was first elected to the Council in 2011.
He serves on the Management and Planning and Environment Committees and is also a member of the Dorchester Markets Joint Panel.
He represents the Council on the Dorchester Association for Research into Local History and Archaeology, Dorchester Crime Prevention Panel, the Heart of Wessex Rail Partnership and the PACT (Police and Communities Together) Steering Group.
