The Council operates senior, junior and mini football pitches and has changing rooms and showers at two of the three pitch locations.
There are two senior pitches available to hire, one located at Weymouth Avenue Recreation Ground and one located at Sandringham Sports Centre. The cost of hire is £34.95 (exclusive of VAT) for adult use and £24.95 (exclusive of VAT) for junior use, this price includes use of showers and changing rooms.
There are three junior pitches, one located at Weymouth Avenue Recreation Ground, one at Sandringham Sports Centre and one at Kings Road Playing Fields. The cost to hire the pitches at Weymouth Avenue and Sandringham Sports Centre is £21.15 (exclusive of VAT) which includes the use of showers and changing rooms. The cost to hire the pitch at Kings Road is £13.10 (exclusive of VAT) but there are no showers or changing rooms.
There are three mini pitches, one located at Weymouth Avenue and two at Sandringham Sports Centre. The cost to hire these pitches is £9.15 (exclusive of VAT) which includes the use of showers and changing rooms if required.
The football pitches are available to hire from September to April.
