Located on the ground floor of the newly refurbished Borough Gardens House, Cornwall Road, Dorchester is an area that can be hired by the community. It is an ideal venue for meetings, training seminars, societies and clubs.

Toilet facilities including accessible toilet

Equipped with six foot trestle tables and chairs

Session Times

The room is let out for ‘sessions' the times of which are:-

8.00am - 1.00pm

1.00pm - 5.00pm

5.00pm - 11.00pm

You may book additional hours over and above these sessions to suit your needs.

Charges

The cost to hire the room varies depending on the type of organisation as follows:-

Charitable                    £29.00

Non Commercial            £37.00

Commercial                  £48.00

These prices are per session and exclude VAT.

The Community Room is also fitted with with a flexible picture hanging system which makes it an excellent venue for art exhibitions.
