Andy was first elected to the Council in 1999.
He is Chair of the Management Committee and also serves on the Planning and Environment Committee. He is a Town Council representative on the Dorchester Markets Joint Panel and the DTEP (Dorchester Transport and Environment Plan) Working Group.
Andy is also a West Dorset District Councillor, and it is in this role that he chairs Dorchester Heritage Committee.
