In addition a number of panels, sub-committees and working groups meet as and when required to discuss particular issues and report back to the committee which appointed them or to full council. The Minutes of each meeting are usually available 4 working days following the meeting. The minutes are not a verbatim account of the meeting but detail the decisions made and some of the background to it. They are available for inspection by the public at the Council Offices at 19 North Square and can also be found on this website (see below). They are also circulated to the various local media organisations.
