Tim was first elected to the Council in 1987 and has served two terms as Mayor, in 1995-96 and 2004-05.
He is a member of the Planning and Environment and Policy Committees and of the Grants and Traffic Panels. He is also Vice-Chair of the Resources Panel.
He represents the Council on the Dorchester-Lübbecke Society and the Dorchester Crime Prevention Panel.
He is also a member of West Dorset District Council.
