Mark was first elected to the Council in 2007.
He serves on the Planning and Environment Committee and the Policy Committee, the Traffic Panel and the Risk Management Panel of which he is Vice-Chair. He is also Vice-Chair of the Dorchester Joint Burial Committee.
He is one of the Council's representatives on the Dorchester Crime Prevention Panel
